[ckan-dev] colorado.ckan.net instance down again

I received this from a developer trying to use the site...

"Working on a project using CKAN API this afternoon and colorado.ckan.net is
down at the moment. I mostly work on it on the weekends and it seems like it
is down about half the time. Any idea what is going on with the back-end? It
has been down since approx. 5:00PM MST Sunday, July 31"
