Thanks for checking this. I see now that ckan.net has a custom layout
(ckan-ckan.net), which took precedence over the patched css. I've
applied the patch here as well, and am now seeing it at ckan.net
(ckan.css line 352 & 379)

If you wouldn't mind checking this again in IE 6/7, it would be much
appreciated.
