[ckan-dev] SOLR migration

I just wanted to let the team know that Adria has done a superb job
with CKAN's SOLR server configuration this week:
* making SOLR schema versioned [1]
* upgrading the relevant SOLR servers to multi-core at the same time
as updating the config for all the CKAN clients [2]

The result is that http://thedatahub.org/ is now running off the
latest SOLR schema, whilst other CKANs run off a different SOLR core
on the older SOLR schema version. We can now do the CKAN 1.5.1 release
:-)
