[ckan-dev] Repos moved to bitbucket.org

Rufus and I have moved several CKAN-related source repositories to
http://bitbucket.org/okfn/ from the deprecated knowledgeforge: vdm,
ckanclient, licenses, ckanext and dgu (renamed ckanext-dgu).

I've updated CKAN's pip-requirements to point to the new places, but
if you have these cloned then you'll have to update your .hg/hgrc to
point to them for next time you pull/push. e.g.:

default = http://dread@bitbucket.org/okfn/vdm
