David and I have completed the changes for SQLA Migrate 0.6 which were
essential for the upgrade to SQLAlchemy 0.6. These have been merged
into default now. It's a smooth transition - it forces you to upgrade
these two dependencies together, and the numbered migration scripts
have been updated for the new Migrate API.

(In case there's any confusion, the 0.5->0.6 migration tool David
mentioned simply adjusts the paths of migration scripts in the code
repo. It is not a migration script for d.b.)
