[ckan-dev] canonical CKAN installation

You are definitely packaging for 64bits only. works on a live lucid
amd64, doesn't work on a i386 one. I was not able to quick fix this with
apt-mirror and tampering. is this easy for you to fix or should I go for
amd64?
