[ckan-dev] CORS problem

Thanks Will. Good to know you agree that we should cope with receiving
the Content-Type header in this case.

I'm not sure how important fixing this is - I'll leave this to Rufus
or James to prioritise, and maybe James is the right person to look,
with his Pylons knowledge.
