[ckan-dev] Internet Explorer support policy

Hi Adria,

First: amazing work!

Second: please send these sorts of mail to ckan-dev (I've just cc'd
ckan-dev ...)

Third: we'll only aim for IE>=8. At the moment this isn't a hard
requirement but I think we should make it one pretty soon.
