[ckan-dev] Branch for ckan 1.4

Hi all,

I've just branched the CKAN repo from default to release-1.4, ready
for the 1.4 release. It includes straggling changes from 1.3.4 and
1.3.5 branches which have nearly all been tested on ckan.net over the
past week or so, so this should be ready for proper release of 1.4 in
a couple of days. This 1.4beta is on ckan.net now. (There's now no
compulsion to do a proper release to pypi of 1.3.4 or 1.3.5 now.) So
please only put very important fixes on this 1.4 branch now, please.

I've set the default branch to have version number 1.5.1a, ready for
the branching in a couple of weeks (in line with our 2 week sprint
cycle) for release-1.5.1.
