[ckan-dev] Publisher Mode with deb package installation.

Good day all,

I've install CKAN using the .deb package method on a 64bit Ubuntu 10.04 and
everything works well.

My question is how do I enable the "Publisher Mode" from this installation?

I need this to control write access to CKAN and only allow specific
publisher to publish data.
Is there a guide on how to achieve this?
