[ckan-dev] mimetype suggestion in package creation

Hi, Flávio!
Nice to see other people from Brazil posting at the CKAN-dev list.
I like your suggestion. It'd be a good way to implement the ideas for
usability improvement in the package registration I mentioned here on
the list a few days ago.
