Mehmet,
I think two things are wrong with our UI here:
1. there's an outstanding bug meaning that the 'Url' (or 'name') field
doesn't get filled in automatically
2. the Url field looks like you should enter a URL, but that is not the
case. You are expected to type an identifier (or 'name') for this dataset.
This identifier will become the last part of the URL for the dataset. This
can't include slashes etc. We've tried using 'name' and 'slug' for this
field, and 'Url' is the latest iteration, and it may not be the best.
@Tom is there any chance you look at these please?
In the meantime Mehmet, just put a simple name like 'belgian-spend-data'
for the dataset into this field.
