[ckan-dev] How to install CKAN on OSX?

I've been running CKAN on 10.7 for a while now - I'm afraid I can't
remember which hoops (if any) I had to jump through to get it working. I
recall there were some problems but they were because of glitches in the
code, I think. The best thing now would be to get a fresh Mac (no
homebrew/macports, no dev tools assumed) and document the experience from
there...
Sean, I suppose you've got it working now?
