[ckan-dev] How to install CKAN on OSX?

I see. Even though I can see the difference in purpose, I'm not a huge fan
of having the wiki AND the docs to document installation... in fact this is
part of a wider rant about how we use mailing lists & skype & irc & wiki &
github & trac & documentation & wordpress to communicate information
simultaneously, and that rant can wait for another day (=> we need to
consolidate) but for now I guess we can link to the wiki from the docs?
