[ckan-dev] Move to Git

Hallo,

running into problems, because git clone doesn't seem to work because of
permission problems:

$git clone git at github.com:okfn/ckan.git
Cloning into ckan...
Permission denied (publickey).
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

Another question: did the whole stuff (including ckanext-* moved to git?
