[ckan-dev] CKAN 1.5 SOLR configuration

Hi Pascal,

As you are running on the same Solr port, you should be able to copy the
values from the docs directly, so:

NO_START=0            # (line 4)
JETTY_HOST=127.0.0.1  # (line 15)
JETTY_PORT=8983       # (line 18)

The line numbers just indicate where these settings are defined in the file
by default.
