Whilst the RDF/XML is indeed XML, that is pretty much an implementation
detail. The data model (e.g. triples) is not very well suited to
processing with XML tools. It probably shouldn't be considered XML for
the purposes of representing-datasets-in-xml-in-a-way-that-people-who-
use-things-like-xpath-and-xslt would appreciate.
