This displays when there is any validation error on a resource, so it
is a misleading error message (@Tom please fix). Anyway, it is
followed by a sub-bullet point explaining which resource is the
problem (starting at 0 - @Tom should this not be 1?) and then the
error. So once you solve the date problem, this will disappear.

Now that I've explained this, can you understand how the bullets are
nested to signify they are all part of the same error? I think it is
designed this way to make it group errors by the resource and part of
the package. Do you think it would be better if there was one error
per bullet point, with all the existing info contained in it?

The format for this field is ISO e.g. 2005-10-01T10:30:00
I agree that it is rather bad not explaining this to users.
@Tom should this be displayed in the form?
@David should this also be in the validator error?
