[ckan-dev] data.gov.uk links all broken

Not sure if it's the new site

but all links from data.gov.uk to statistics.gov.uk are broken.  See
for example:
http://data.gov.uk/dataset/national_accounts_sector_classification

Is there way in CKAN to mark all links to a host as broken?  Looks
like this is a use case for it.
