[ckan-dev] Mistakes in the documentation

Hi,

I found two. Is there a tracker for those kind of bugs?

1. In "Prepare to Use Extensions" it says to install "pip" but
assuming it is written for Ubuntu Lucid Lynx it should be
"python-pip". "pip" is an entirely different package. The maintainers
messed things up because there exists a command called "pip" in both
packages:

python-pip
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/all/python-pip/filelist

pip
http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/all/pip/filelist

2. In "Option 2: Install from Source" step 5 it says "Here we choose
ckantest as the database and ckanuser as the user:" but both commands
use "ckantest" as user name.
