[ckan-dev] Misc feedback via Twitter

sortBy was already available at the search level.  I exposed it through the
package controller in
https://github.com/okfn/ckan/commit/8685c6000d1cb211928b4dbc63990fb72d884f8c
It's currently in the 1.6.1 release branch, so will make it's way into
master soon.
