[ckan-dev] Demo Phase 3 Update

Just to say the latest 2375-demo-theme-development is up at I've just
merged master into it so there is the risk of breakage but there were some
features I wanted to get into phase 3.

Phase 3 is about to close a few minor tweaks and adding qa extension

#2728, #2780, #2790 will almost certainly move to phase 4

testing always appreciated please report any problems but no new feature
requests

hopefully we can get this blessed as demo-theme-stable early next week
ready to roll out to any demos
