[ckan-dev] Demo phase 3 stable update

Hi,

Phase 3 of the demo is completed and is now the new 2375-demo-theme-stable
branch
http://s031.okserver.org:2375/

The old phase 2 stable is tagged demo-0.2

The main changes for deployment purposes are

Extensions
----------------
we support ckanext-harvest - branch release-v2.0
we support ckanext-qa - branch cleanup

these can just be setup and added to ckan.plugins - no template changes
needed

Home page
----------------
featured groups on the homepage are improved either add a .ini config
option for specific groups
> demo.featured_groups = access-to-medicines archaeology

or the demo will attempt to find some

** please be aware there may be some bugs in the new stable - please report
and I'll fix-up

the 2375-demo-theme-development branch will be used for this

Hopefully these will be completed and we can look at merging the demo
branch into master.
The main outstanding issues for that are

* Getting all tests to pass
* IE support for versions < 8
* Translation issues around {% trans %} tags for transiflex
* Extension conversions to new system
* Organisation/Group work from Ross and Ian
