[ckan-dev] Server Error when accessing http://thedatahub.org/api/1

Dear all,

Today I was in the site, and I tried to load the link provided in the
footer of the page:

http://thedatahub.org/api/1

And I received a 500 Server Error. If you reload the page some times works,
but the main case is an error.
