Subject: [ckan-dev] Datastore & filestore via API

Hi all,

we are trying to:

1) Create a new dataset via the API
2) Create a new resource for this dataset and upload a zip file in the ckan-filestore (local)
3) Create another resource for the same dataset and upload a CSV file into the ckan datastore

While it is clear enough on the docs how to do 1), we don't understand how to do 2) and 3).

Can someone please point us to an example or docs about how to do 2) and 3) ?

Take a look at ckanclient.add_package_resources and ckanclient.upload_file.

The doc string of these functions are pretty explanatory. Let us know if they work for you.
