[ckan-dev] Organizations, Publisher Profile, old templates

I've tried to implement the "Publisher Profile" following the directions I found here: http://docs.ckan.org/en/latest/publisher-profile.html. I'm working with a copy of CKAN from the master branch.

/dataset/new/ gives a 500 error, and the error message queued me in that it could not find the correct template file "package_form.html". This file is tucked away in the "templates_legacy" directory. 

Any quick advice what I should adjust to test the publisher profile using the new set of templates?
