Thoughts on day 2

* Do we really need the priority.medium as that is sort of the default
* ckan 2.0 feels like it is being abused already - maybe we should remove
it.
* we really need to tie pull requests to issues to keep things from getting
too confused

I think that the lack of info provided is pretty crap.  I want to know who
created an issue added removed labels re assigned etc.  It is a shame such
info is lacking.
