[ckan-dev] Better interface for tags etc

Mark - these are great points and somewhat already covered in a super
search UX improvements ticket here: http://trac.ckan.org/ticket/1717 - have
a look and add any additional info. This is something we want to raise and
potentially schedule into a sprint once we figure how much work it'll be,
which bits to do and who is available to do this.

Any front end dev volunteers - please shout :)
