[ckan-dev] Remove public display of e-mail addresses

I agree that this should at very least be configurable by the user.

Rufus, it seems that you added this change a couple of weeks ago [1].
Can we at least put a quick "myself" check before showing it, as in
the API key, for the time being? I think this should not go as it is
now to 1.6.
