I've just updated test.ckan.org with the latest CKAN code (master).

Changes I'm aware of:
* the new About page http://test.ckan.org/about
* one-page-per-resource e.g.
http://test.ckan.org/dataset/2000-us-census-rdf/resource/e82817a8-7957-4e61-921c-648b4f39f6fd
* user name showing when logged in
* Serbian language with latin characters (sr_latin), in addition to
Serbian cyrillic

If anyone spots any issues, then please let me know as I'd like to
update thedatahub.org to this in the next couple of days.
