[ckan-dev] Over-long URLs in QA ext broken links list

I think this got solved twice as a result :-) Once by John (in response to
this email) and once by me (as it went into ticket #1583).
Anyway Mark that ticket is closed now, I believe this should be fixed the
next time master is deployed onto TheDataHub.
Note to devs: Slightly awkward dependancy situation; changes in the
extension rely on changes in core; so don't pull the latest ckanext-qa
without also pulling the latest ckan. That probably wouldn't happen but I
thought I'd point it out.
