[ckan-dev] OpenID

Has anyone been able to successfully log into a CKAN server via OpenID?

I registered on Datahub.io and in my profile, specified my Google OpenID URL: https://plus.google.com/105413286751523662843
Then I logged out and tried to log back in by clicking on the 'Google' button on the login page.
This is what I get:

Login failed. Bad username or password. (Or if using OpenID, it hasn't been associated with a user account.)

I also repeated this by using my flickr and yahoo Ids. Still no luck.

I'm probably doing it wrong. Can anyone corroborate or disprove?
