[ckan-dev] demo theme branch changes

Hi,

We have branched the demo theme branch.  There are now two branches.

2375-demo-theme

This is the new demo branch it is for new development etc it will not be
deployed to the demo site until it is stabilised and tested - in say two
weeks time we should aim to freeze it about mid/end of next week

feature-2375-demo-theme

This is the `stable` demo used for demo.ckan.org - only bug fixes should be
added to this and they should be cherry-picked from 2375-demo-theme

This means we do not break the demo site due to new features etc and can
develop in a none paranoid manner. I'm happy to answer any questions and
also help if people are not sure if something counts as a bugfix etc.
