[ckan-dev] Ckan upload dataset problem

Hi

I am new in Ckan and have just finished setting up the portal localy,
running on UBUNTU.

My problem is am experiencing some permission issues when i try to upload a
file.

I have already enable storage of file and set up everything according to
the documentation.

Please help me figure out wat am missing or what am supposed to do.
