[ckan-dev] QA Extension : Invalid URL Scheme

Hi,

Sorry this is likely to be my fault, in that local storage doesn't seem to prepend the ckan.site_url config option and instead only gives a relative URL. 

I've got a fix that is going into 1.7.2, but if you're doing a source install and can't wait then you might consider cherry picking the commit at https://github.com/okfn/ckan/commit/68495956d19f until 1.7.2 is available. "git cherry-pick 68495956d19f" without quotes should do the trick.
