Hmm, I think Rufus intends datacatalogs.org to be replaced by this
dataset on datahub.io:

http://datahub.io/dataset/datacatalogs-org

(I wrote a script at a hack day a while ago that scraped all the data
from datacatalogs.org and uploaded it to that dataset on datahub.io. The
map view will work for the datacatalogs resource, once recline is
updated on datahub.)
