[ckan-dev] Preparing 1.7.1

Hi all,

I would like to update 1.7.1 (if necessary), preparing for its next
release. I've gone through the latest commits in master to make sure
we don't miss anything important. Can the responsibles for these ones
confirm if they are worth adding to 1.7.1?

Going forward perhaps would be nice that if someone considers that
something they pushed to master they send me an email telling so,
otherwise I might miss something important or add something that is
not relevant because I don't have the necessary context.

What do you guys think?
