[ckan-dev] branch names

Hi,

I'd like to suggest we move from branches like

feature-1234-whatever

and use

1234-feature-whatever

the main reason is that the branch search in github is crappy and won't
find 1234 if not at the front

I'm finding that I need to lookup branches often enough that it's becoming
a pain
