[ckan-dev] CKAN devs: Schema update needed

Hi,

Those CKAN devs working on master or forks from it will need to update
the schema in order to get some tests to pass. This is due to a small
change recently picked into master [1]

I know that the general policy is to create a new version of the
schema for changes, but as this was a small, backwards compatible
change that only affects instances using vocabs, and it looks like
there are no new changes in the schema for 1.8, I think it's not worth
doing a new version.
Of course we'll need to say in the changelog that you need to update
it and reindex if you are using vocabs, but other instances running on
1.7 should work fine.

If someone is not happy with this I'm willing to discuss it.
