[ckan-dev] Polite notice: tests and docs

Hi all,

Please have a look at the tests before commiting stuff to master.

Right now we have:

Ran 876 tests in 188.204s
FAILED (SKIP=53, errors=178, failures=1)

Also check that the docs are built correctly after updating them:

Right now we have:
