[ckan-dev] Changelog box hidden behind resource details

I didn't notice that (actually it is off the edge of my browser window
at the width I use by default), but like Toby, I wouldn't have used it
anyway because I'd assume it was dismissing the changes I'd just made
before I hit 'save'.

I agree - it is never very clear now whether you are looking at a
resource or a dataset, and you get popped seemingly randomly between
the two.
