[ckan-dev] ResourceGroup obsolete?

In the data model we have ResourceGroups in-between Packages and
Resources. I believe the idea was to have different sorts of
resources, such as data and additional resources. But as I understand
it, this never got used. Is it worth removing ResourceGroup from the
model, since it is unnecessary complexity and has plenty of code lines
to maintain?
