Hi Tim,

The code is available as part of CKAN, so from the upcoming 1.7 you should be able to obtain a complete dump in RDF format using the command

paster rdf-export <outputfolder>

There currently isn't an API call to do this, but if you think that this is something that would be useful then we're always open to discussing it.  Once we have finalised the daily export to a remote/local filestore I'll happily share what code we have to do that.
