[ckan-dev] creating a dataset record through the API

Hi Keith,

You are trying to add the dataset to the lodcloud group, which is a
private group:

http://thedatahub.org/group/lodcloud

You can either create the dataset and ask one of the administrators to
add it to this group or ask the admins to give you create rights.
