[ckan-dev] 2.0 logout requires javascript

Hi,

I cannot log out of ckan 2.0 with js disabled the link is not visible.  I
was under the impression we wanted general functionality with js disabled.
If this is still the case this is a major regression.

It feels like there is no good reason as css could be used to give the same
appearance

Also the bootstrap icons do not show without javascript which is definitely
broken.
