[ckan-dev] What happened to the requires folder?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to build CKAN from source, following these instructions:

http://docs.ckan.org/en/ckan-1.7.1/install-from-source.html

But I have noticed if I check out the current repository, there is no 
requires folder anymore.

What is the alternative approach with the repositorie's HEAD? Or should 
I simply checkout
version 1.7.1 as the documentation url suggests?
