[ckan-dev] ckan.datastore_write_url needs to be added to deployment.ini_tmpl

Hey, people who are working on the new datastore stuff. I saw that you
added it to the docs but I think

ckan.datastore_write_url = postgresql://ckanuser:pass@localhost/ckantest

needs to be added to the default ini file template as well, as currently
with the default ini file ckan tests will crash.

The file is ckan/config/deployment.ini_tmpl

Also deployment.ini_tmpl contains:

    ckan.datastore.enabled = 1

Is that still used? If so they should be named consistently e.g.
ckan.datastore.write_url
