[ckan-dev] update on 2375 branch

I've made tickets for my points and put them in the 2.0 milestone on
trac. They're all pretty minor.

One question I still have is whether someone has gone through the code
and made it all use the new lib/formatters or does that still need to be
done?

And there's the ckan/authz.py which when I did git diff a few days ago,
seemed to be the same on master and 2375.
