This looks fine but should the settings be commented out? It looks as if
they need to be uncommented for the tests to run. Also I notice you're
using a database user called 'readonlyuser', are we changing the install
instructions to tell people to create this user?

Even with those lines uncommented I can't run the tests on that branch, looks
like the datastore plugin keeps trying to create a test_readonly
database that already exists and crashing, but this seems unrelated to
the settings issue above.
