[ckan-dev] Unable to Upload Files to S3

Hi,

I am receiving a failed credentials notification whenever I try to upload files. I'm currently using CKAN 1.8. I just did a simple package install. The instance that can be viewed here http://data.codeforhouston.com

I'm assuming that to enable this I just needed to edit the configs: ckan.storage.bucket, imp, aws_access_key and secret_access_key. Afterward I restarted the Apache server.

I've installed boto, and double checked the AWS access keys. What should I check next to find what's up?
